Pia Davie

Pia grew up surrounded by art in her family home. She went on to study Fine Arts at the Dunedin School of Art and now works full time from her studio. Among her influences are local artists including Annie Baird, John Robinson and Lindsay Crooks.

Her works are bright and full of life, in her preferred medium of acrylic on board/canvas. Her subject matter includes local landmarks, such as St Clair Beach and she successfully captures the vibrancy of the daily activities there.
